PartyPoker is developing new Poker software

04 September 2012

 Lately PokerStars is making a stand, and with the purchase of Full Tilt is expected to accomplish its intentions to become even greater. "That must be stopped!” Must have thought the leaders of PartyPoker, who already started to work, working on one of his greatest handicaps: the software. So we should see for the first quarter of 2013, the launch of the new PartyPoker poker client, with a totally different design and enhanced functionality.

The announcement was made in the presentation of the results of the first half of this year, which showed a sharp drop in income from poker. The new software, which is now considered as a priority, will try to recover the player traffic which declined by 43% last year.
PokerStars is the great ruler, as we all know, but only recently, PartyPoker has dropped a rung on the podium definitely loosing the second place to the iPoker network (thanks in part to its FastForwardPoker system, similar to Zoom) that ranks second in player traffic.

Besides the improvement in the software, PartyPoker will take other measures that are to be expected to improve their productive player traffic. There will be 3:
-Develop the current fast forward to become competitive with PokerStars Zoom;
-Improve the "ecosystem" by deleting the tables above $5 / $10, where the unwary ventured there and were “eaten” by sharks who were stalking them;
- And finally, migrate bwin players toPartyPoker platform.

Still not knowing if this will work, no one can deny that the group is betting big on poker, so hopefully its measures will be successful, which would be good for all of us.
