The Danish Gaming Authority (DGA) is the authority on the peninsula of Jutland in gaming and gambling issues. As happend recently in Spain, the gaming regulation of the Danish law was also set in place to regulate online gambling in Denmark, where only companies that applied for a gamming license can operate.

We say this as an introduction to what has happened recently in Denmark, and the Frederiksberg court was ordered to block 12 gaming portals in Denmark who were operating without a license. As read in a publication of

In a statement issued yesterday, DGA explain that:

"We work to identify gambling operators offering games in Danish regulated market without the proper license.

A large number of these licensed sites have modified their offer of gambling, not to come into disagreement with the Danish gaming law. However, other sites still offer Danish unlicensed games. "

The Block of these websites is made through the Internet service provider (ISP), which has from now, 14 days to block the following websites in Denmark.
