Isai Scheimberg forced to forfeit any director role at PokerStars

The founder of PokerStars, Isai Scheimberg, was forced to forfeit any administration role in PokerStars, Full Tilt or any related company in order to complete the agreement with the DoJ that allow the dismissal of all charges against PokerStars and Full Tilt and all related companies after the payment of $547 Millions to US Government.

According to the DoJ press release, Isai Scheimberg has 45 days from the day of the acquisition to forfeit any director role on PokerStars.

PokerStars is also forbidden to employ any person that is currently facing Black Friday indictments like Ray Bitar, Howard Lederer, Chris Ferguson and Nelson Burtnick.
